Beautiful composition. It looks like the sky is moving (long exposure) but at the same time, the wheel is very sharp. Probably it's just a foggy sky

Yeah, this is a long exposure (probably close to 30 seconds.) The Eye wasn't moving that night, so we were able to do long exposures without any blur. The only things moving in this photo are the clouds and the water.
